Welcome to Atory Hub

Where the small-cap commercial community finally works in one place

I’m Pooja Goel. After 25 years in design and construction, I’ve watched too many retail, medical, and office projects get built by first-timers without a clear map or a real network. The space is fragmented. Pros live in silos. Owners focus on the next urgent step instead of the whole journey. The result? Delays, rework, and avoidable cost.

Atory Hub exists to change that—practically, not romantically. A straightforward place to learn, contribute, and move from vision to open a few steps at a time.

The gap we’re closing

  • Silos: Brokers, architects, GCs, MEP, vendors, lenders—excellent individually, disconnected together.

  • Information sprawl: Tribal knowledge trapped in inboxes, spreadsheets, DMs, and PDFs.

  • First-time friction: Owners don’t need theory; they need the next right step and a credible view of the whole path.

What lives inside Atory Hub

  • Lookbook (images only): Upload visuals that others can act on—finish palettes, elevations, plan snippets, details, product shots, site photos, before/after, even marked-up screenshots. If it’s a picture (PNG/JPG/WebP), it belongs here.

  • Editorial & playbooks: Verified how-tos on permits, costs, schedules, fixture counts, and code triggers. (Articles are submitted via form and published by our editorial team.)

  • Professionals directory: Find licensed designers, engineers, contractors, and specialty vendors—by state and project type.

  • Early planning tools: Use Atory Planner to sanity-check program, cost ranges, and timelines before you spend real money.

  • What are we building: We initially focused on the first few steps that a project/Owner needs to get off the ground. Our pipeline of tools and resources for 2026 includes managing proposals, approvals, documents, tasks, schedule and cost.

Why Pros Should Care

Owners who arrive with a scoped plan make better partners: faster decisions, fewer surprises, and cleaner handoffs. Atory routes decision-ready owners to professionals who can actually help right now.

How to use Atory (simple, linear, repeatable)

  1. Create your profile (owner or pro).

  2. Upload to the Lookbook (images only): finishes, plans, details, product callouts, lessons learned—keep it visual and actionable.

  3. Submit articles via the form for editorial review (case studies, field notes, deeper guidance).

  4. Browse & connect: save finishes, shortlist professionals, and follow topics by city and project type.

  5. Plan the next step with Atory Planner—program, cost, and timeline ranges—then move.

Lookbook guidelines (to keep signal high)

  • Be specific: project type, size, city, and a one-line caption (what it is, why it matters).

  • Name products where possible (model #, finish, lead time).

  • Redact sensitive info before upload.

  • Images only. For documents or longform lessons, use the submission form—we’ll review and publish.

Why join now

Most small-cap projects (<25,000 SF) don’t fail on vision—they slip on sequence. Atory Hub gives you one place to learn from the field, choose with confidence, and execute in order.

See you inside,
